Typhoons are powerful tropical cyclones that form over the warm waters of the Northwest Pacific, characterized by low atmospheric pressure, strong winds, and heavy precipitation. 

As global temperatures rise due to climate change, the increased ocean heat provides more energy to these storms, leading to more rapid intensification and higher peak intensities.

 

Understanding these changes is critical because more frequent and severe typhoons pose a significant threat to coastal infrastructure and human safety, making accurate forecasting and data analysis more essential than ever.

 

This project focuses on enhancing prediction models using AI to better prepare for these intensifying environmental challenges.
